Studio Sunshine is primarily designed for dancers and movement based artists BUT musicians are welcome as long as you're comfortable bringing all of your own equipment and loading it in and out.

We do not provide any Amps, Microphone, PA systems or instrument backlines etc.

If you are a musician please book anytime after 4pm or on the weekends.

Absolutely. Our adjustable lighting and open layout are perfect for reels, YouTube videos, auditions, Patreon content, and more.

We welcome classes & workshops but they are approved on a case by case basis.

Yes! Our Rehearsal Studio has 12ft ceilings, so you’re welcome to bring your travel pole to practice on during your reserved time.

Please make sure your pole is free standing, stable and set up correctly.

We do not allow any drilling, mounting hardware or equipment that attaches to the wall or ceilings.

We sure do! Our Rehearsal Studio is fully climate controlled with air conditioning and heat.

You’re welcome to adjust the temperature during your session.

Yes! Safety is a top priority at Studio Sunshine.

Every booking comes with a custom entry PIN, unique to you and your session time, so only guests with active reservations can enter the space. No more worrying about keys!

Our studio is not only protected with a security system but the plaza also has a nightly patrol to help ensure the area stays safe at night.

Yes! Your PIN will allow you to enter the lobby 15 minutes before and after your scheduled session in the Rehearsal Studio so you can:

bring your equipment/props in and out of the studio
use the bathroom
grab some coffee, tea or water
cool off and wait comfortably in the lobby

Once your scheduled rehearsal time begins, you can enter your PIN at the Rehearsal Studio door so you can start your session.

This keeps everyone comfortable and helps our system run on honesty, ensuring each guest gets their full reserved time in the Rehearsal Studio.

Lobby access = 15 mins before & after booked session time

Rehearsal Studio access = only during booking time

Yes! Studio Sunshine is perfect for photo shoots, whether its your own private session or you’re building a full photo set for multiple clients.

With 515 Sq Ft of open space in the Rehearsal Studio, you’re welcome to bring in props, lighting, backdrops and creative set ups to make the space your own. As long as everything is temporary and nothing is attached to the walls or ceiling, you’re free to create whatever look you want.

Please be sure to book enough time for your full session including:

setting up your photo set
breaking the set down
loading equipment in and out

All set up and teardown must happen within your booked time so every guest has the space they need.

If you’re planning on creating a photo shoot with multiple clients coming in, mini sessions and or turning it into an event - Please contact us ahead of time. This allows us to coordinate the details and make sure we can assist you with the flow of the studio and help it run smoothly!

1 Hour - $30

2 Hours - $50

3 Hours - $70

If you need a bigger block of time, youre welcome to select multiple back to back sessions when booking.
